Hawaii’s premier/elite soccer training program is available for youth, ages 3-18 as well as for collegiate athletes and beyond. Created by owner and former PAC-12 champion, Erin Otagaki, Rise Soccer Training specializes in high-energy youth development programs for athletes, building essential movement skills that last a lifetime. Our dynamic training sessions combine expert instruction with fun, engaging activities that help young athletes develop confidence, coordination, and core sport fundamentals.
It is our goal to help kids excel in Hawaii's youth soccer landscape and get them to the next level. In addition to our soccer training programs, we also offer agility training for other sports.
Our small-group training format combines high-intensity agility work with technical soccer skills to create well-rounded athletes. Every session includes plenty of touches on the ball, focusing on dribbling, passing, and receiving through specialized instruction that builds both confidence and competence. We emphasize agility-based training that develops quick feet, sharp decision-making, and the kind of explosive movement that translates directly to game situations.
Beyond soccer-specific skills, we offer agility and sports performance training for young athletes in tennis, basketball, and other sports. Our methods, developed through years of college soccer experience and coaching, help players build the foundational strength and coordination needed to excel in any athletic pursuit.
We've designed age-appropriate programs for every stage of development, from our fun-focused sessions for 3-5 year olds to advanced technical training for ages 6 and up. Each program delivers the tools young athletes need to level up their performance and take their
